1. Application covered by this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to On-Page SEO & Performance Lite (“Extension”, “Application”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), prepared by Agate Business Consulting.
The Extension generates a mini-report covering selected on-page SEO, indexability, headings, metadata, image alt coverage, structured data, technical basics, and optional PageSpeed Insights performance information.
2. Information processed

3. Information we do not collect
- We do not collect browsing history in the background.
- We do not monitor tabs automatically.
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not automatically transmit audit reports to Agate Business Consulting.
- We do not collect passwords, payment information, authentication credentials, or submitted form contents.
4. External requests
- Google PageSpeed Insights: If PSI is enabled, the audited URL is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Audited website robots.txt: The Extension may request
/robots.txtfrom the audited website. - User-clicked links: CTA, support, meeting, and brand links open external websites only when clicked.
5. Local storage and retention
- Current audit data is held temporarily in Chrome session storage for report display.
- The optional PSI key is saved in Chrome local storage only if the user enters it.
- The user can remove the PSI key using Clear saved key in the popup.
- Uninstalling the Extension removes Extension-managed storage according to Chrome’s behavior.
6. Permissions
- activeTab: Access the active tab only after the user initiates an audit.
- scripting: Inject the audit collector after user action.
- storage: Store temporary audit data and optional PSI key locally.
- https://www.googleapis.com/*: Access PageSpeed Insights when enabled.
7. Third-party services
When PSI is enabled, the Extension uses Google PageSpeed Insights. Google’s own privacy policy and terms may apply.
8. User choices
- Skip PageSpeed Insights from the popup to avoid sending the URL to Google PSI.
- Use the Extension without entering a PSI key.
- Clear the saved PSI key at any time.
- Choose whether to print/export the report.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Extension evolves.
